This Fat Cat Week, Alaskans remember that Dan Sullivan “hasn’t lost his appetite” from campaign stress and has blown through thousands in campaign cash at flashy DC restaurants and luxury hotels – all while Alaskans are paying more than $5 a gallon for gas and 20% more than the rest of the country for groceries. 

“While Alaskans are struggling to afford gas and groceries thanks to Self-Serving Sullivan’s price-hiking agenda, Sullivan is feasting on $200 steaks at the most exclusive tables in DC,” said Alaska Democratic Party Chair Eric Croft. “Sullivan putting himself first and Alaskans last is certainly not rare.”

Sullivan is a patron of Lucille’s Modern Chophouse in DC, which “has not opened its doors, yet Sullivan has somehow spent more than $13,000 on the restaurant since September 2025.” Since March, Dan Sullivan has also racked up tabs at familiar favorites, spending $3,000 at the 116 Club, “a private establishment well-known among DC power players,” and $6,500 at Bistro Cacao, a “French restaurant and one of his most frequented spots.”

Sullivan also spent $27,500 at The Phoenician resort “in the ritzy enclave of Scottsdale, Arizona,” where the cheapest room runs $1,000 a night and amenities include a “three-level pool” and “18-hole golf course.”
