New Morning Consult polling finds Dan Sullivan to be the third least popular U.S. senator, and underwater in approval for the first time in five years
After spiking health care costs, gutting public radio funding, and abandoning Alaskans to serve his own interests, new polling shows Dan Sullivan’s approval ratings are in a freefall. Sullivan – the third least-popular U.S. senator in the country – now sits at just 39% approval and is 8 points underwater with Alaskans.
Sullivan’s collapse in support comes after he repeatedly left Alaska families behind by pushing a self-serving agenda that is driving up health care costs, slashing food assistance, and weakening the public safety resources rural Alaskans rely on.
“Dan Sullivan thought he could fly under the radar with his self-serving agenda, but Alaskans see him for who he is – an out-of-touch politician who is cowardly standing on the sidelines and feathering his own nest,” said Alaska Democratic Party Chair Eric Croft.
