About the Candidate

Representative Carolyn Hall is a Democratic candidate for the Alaska House of Representatives running for re-election in District 16 (Turnagain, Spenard, Sand Lake). She is running on education, affordable housing, and the structural deficit. Hall has served as Municipality of Anchorage Communications Director from 2020-2021, Office of the Governor Communications Manager in 2018, and Anchorage Municipal Clerk’s Office Education and Outreach Manager from 2017-2018.
