Make sure to get involved in your House District Organization or Regional Organization to get elected as a delegate at the convention! Reach out to mtturner92@outlook.com if you need help getting in contact with your regional organization.

Silent Auction

Join us at the Saturday evening banquet and help make the celebration even more memorable by donating an item to our silent or live auction.

Whether it’s a unique Alaska experience, local artwork, handcrafted goods, or a themed gift basket, your contribution will help energize the evening and support our shared work. Bring your item to convention check-in and be part of the fun!

Lodging Options

We have two ADP room blocks at Reluctant Fisherman and Prince William Motel from April 16 – April 20, 2026.

Reluctant Fisherman: Call directly 907-424-3272, mention ADP Convention Room Block, be clear that you’re a participant in the event, and then get access to our room block. Rooms range from $250/night to $285/night (tax included).

Prince William Motel: Call directly 907-424-3201, mention ADP Convention Room Block, be clear that you’re a participant in the event, and then get access to our room block. Rooms are $180.80/night (tax included).

Alaska Airlines Discount

Use code ECMQ059 to get a discount on your travel to Cordova via Alaska Airlines. 

To use your Discount Code, go online to alaskaair.com and input the Discount Code when searching for flights.

The discount will be applied to any flights meeting the contract parameters. By clicking the “?” next to the discount code box after entering the code, you may view a detailed description of the rules.

This 7% discount is available April 14th-22nd.

Take the Alaska Marine Highway to the Convention!

Travel from Whittier to Cordova and back are DIRECT on April 16th and 19th. 

The “M/V Aurora” will go directly to/from Cordova and Whittier (instead of going through Valdez) for our convention!

The schedules are as follows:
-FROM Whittier at 12:30pm (close to Anchorage) TO Cordova on April 16th arriving 7:15pm
-return directly FROM Cordova 4:45am TO Whitter arriving at 11:45pm on April 19th
