The following are candidates for the 2025 Anchorage Municipal Election. If you don’t know what district you are in, we have provided district maps for each candidate. The 2025 Anchorage Assembly Districts can be found HERE.
Daniel Volland | District 1 North Anchorage
Daniel is a small business owner and healthcare provider running for re-election to the Anchorage Assembly. Daniel passionately believes that despite the challenges we face, our best days can be ahead of us with thoughtful leadership.
Kameron Perez-Verdia | District 3 Westside
Kameron is a lifelong Alaskan originally from Utqiagvik (Barrow). He and his wife, Monica, are raising their two children in Anchorage. Kameron has a Masters in Business and has spent over 25 years leading local non-profits: building teams large and small, managing complex budgets, and resolving conflict.
Erin Baldwin Day | District 4 Midtown
Erin is a Midtown Anchorage local. She’s spent the last fifteen years listening to her community and bringing people together to build innovative solutions — as a community organizer, nonprofit leader, coach, entrepreneur, pastor, and policy advocate.
Yarrow Silvers | District 5 Eastside
East Anchorage has been Yarrow’s home for a decade, and she’s ready to make sure the decisions affecting her community truly serve the needs of the people.
Kelly Lessens | School Board
Kelly has lived in Alaska for more than 11 years and has two children enrolled in ASD. She is a mom, classroom volunteer, PTA member, and education advocate who has served on the Anchorage School Board as Treasurer and Finance Committee chair since May 2021. Kelly earned her BA from Stanford University and her PhD from the University of Michigan.
