About the Candidate
Bill Wielechowski is a Democratic candidate running for re-election for the State Senate in District K (Muldoon, Northeast Anchorage). He has held various state and local positions before entering the Senate in 2007. He currently serves on the Senate Resources, Rules, State Affairs, World Trade, Armed Services, Special Committee on the Arctic, and the Legislative Budget & Audit Committees.
