Having moved to Alaska to complete research with the Territorial Legislative Council, Donna continued to help the state as a staff member in the state legislature and the Legislative Affairs Agency. Donna helped to found the League of Women Voters in Juneau. Before retiring, Donna worked as the Clerk of the Alaska Supreme Court and Co-revisor of Statutes for Legislative Affairs.
