Apply to Vote by Mail
Vote by Mail
It is easy and convenient to vote by mail. You can apply for an absentee ballot for all elections in a calendar year or for a specific election.
You can print an absentee ballot request form from the Division of Elections web site: Absentee Ballot Request
To request an absentee ballot for local elections, you must contact the relevant local election office. For a list of these contacts, CLICK HERE.
Vote Early
You can vote early in person (called “absentee in person”) up to 15 days before the primary and general elections at one of the regional voting sites in Alaska.
