ANCHORAGE, Alaska -- Sen. Mark Begich talked legislative priorities Monday as lawmakers prepare to head back to the capital.

Begich held a news conference Monday in Anchorage.

He says the big focus will be on the energy bill and climate change this year.

The president's budget is also expected to be a major topic in the coming months. Begich predicts the deficit will take center stage in that debate.
